Victoria Sponge

Victoria Sponge, originally uploaded by mooosh.

Eaten by Claire at the National Museum of Scotland cafe, which is quite lovely.

We were there to see mar-c’s stuff in an exhibition. The photo does not do this justice – the cake was about 6 inches tall!

It was very nice – light sponge, creamy filling – a little more jam next time tho, please. In a terrible mix up, we ended up not paying for it though, which given the quality, seems fair, mwuhahaah!
