This cake was eaten at Red Tea Box, Queen Street W, Toronto by Marianne Longmire who writes:

Isn’t this the prettiest cake ever?

It’s a lime, pistachio and caramel cake, covered with intricate buttercream icing.

It was heavenly to eat, not too moist – simply perfect meld of flavours. I’m inspired.
