Cake in Mexico Numero Dos

Mexico Oct 06, originally uploaded by poachedpenguinsontoast.

Ryan is enjoying a sponge-like cakey treat here. It was not unlike the texture of say, a sticky toffee pudding sponge but was soaked in some fruit coulis type thing. Incredible.

It was as moist as a Mexican’s brow. Note the addition of exotic fruit pieces and cream on top and some unspecified fruit coulis/colouring around the base.

To die for, perhaps in some Mexican style shoot out.
