Coconut Pancakes, Bangkok

Coconut Pancakes, Bangkok, originally uploaded by caketourism.

These are little coconut pancakes which I ate at the Damnoen Saduak floating market just outside Bangkok.

They were made in front of me by an old lady on a longtail boat on the canal. They tasted very sweet and a bit like pancakes made with condensed milk and were perfect for breakfast.

Eaten by Claire, Bangkok, October 2006.
